All sales are final, and refunds are not allowed under normal circumstances.
Exception – Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. After reviewing and verifying the issue, we will process a full refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return (only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, refunds will only be issued if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

If your refund request is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
